It is one thing to drive traffic to your door but it is another to convert that prospect to a sale. Have you ever wondered what you sales associates are saying to your customers? Auto Sales Force Training offers “showroom live” mystery shops. Our team of trained mystery shoppers conducts scripted flexible evaluations. Following the sales process we are able to evaluate your sales associate’s performance on a variety of levels, right from the meet & greet to follow up. ASFT provides you with a written synopsis of what transpired. ASFT will provide you both what your sales associate did correctly and what areas they may need improvement.

Our Process:

Our mystery shoppers have been trained to observe for both the correct ways and the incorrect ways of doing the traditional sales process. They will pre-select a type of vehicle that they will be enquiring about prior to going into the dealership. Our mystery shoppers will spend between 1 and 2 hours with your sale associate. They will engage the salesperson as if they truly are in the market for a vehicle. Our mystery shoppers will evaluate your salespersons performance in the following disciplines.

Each mystery shopper will evaluate your salespersons performance afterwards by filling out a multiple-choice survey. There are multiple answers to the survey which replicate a wide range of potential outcomes of the customer-salesperson encounter. The results of this survey will be emailed to the dealership management for review along with a brief synopsis of what transpired .

1 Mystery shop

Includes: One salesperson/ One mystery shop.

A pre-determined day for the shop as well as the vehicle of interest. Only the G.M. or G.S.M. will know what day the mystery shopper will be at the store.

Mystery shoppers will spend between 1 and 2 hours with your salesperson.

A written evaluation and assessment of your salesperson's performance in each of the sales steps will be provided within 5 business days of the shop.

2 Mystery Shops

Includes: Two different salespeople/ One mystery shop for each.

A pre-determined day for the shop as well as the vehicle of interest. Only the G.M. or G.S.M. will know what day the mystery shopper will be at the store.

Mystery shoppers will spend between 1 and 2 hours with your salesperson.

A written evaluation and assessment of your salesperson's performance in each of the sales steps will be provided within 5 business days of the shop.

3 Mystery Shops

Includes: Three different salespeople/ One mystery shop for each.

A pre-determined day for the shop as well as the vehicle of interest. Only the G.M. or G.S.M. will know what day the mystery shopper will be at the store.
